SECOND INVITATION TO APPLY FOR ELIGIBILITY AND TO BID
The Office of the President, through the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC),
hereby invites interested parties to apply for eligibility and to bid for the procurement
of one (1) motor vehicle, with the following technical specifications:

Quantity One (1) unit

Description
2.0L Gasoline Engine; 4-cylinder in line 16 valves; double overhead
camshaft (DOHC), with variable valve timing-intelligence
technology; electronic fuel injection; 55 liters tank capacity, 5-speed
manual transmission, dual air-conditioned, minimum 8-seater, side
door impact beams, 2-Din CD/ Tuner/ MP3/ 2 Speakers, tint, seat
cover, floor mat, 3 years or 100,000 km warranty & LTO registration

Other technical specifications are indicated in the Bidding Documents.

The Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) is One Million Pesos (Php
1,000,000.00)

Eligibility and Bid/Tender Documents may be secured from the BAC
Secretariat, General Government Administration Office (GGAO), Office of the
President, Rm. 121 Ground Floor Mezzanine, Mabini Hall, Malacanang, Manila, Tel.
Nos. 784-4286 loc 4914, 4124 and 4215 upon payment of the non-refundable fee of
Php 3,000.00 beginning on August 20, 2009, Thursday, to September 1, 2009,
Tuesday, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 noon and 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM.

A pre-bid conference for the purpose will be held on September 2, 2009,
Wednesday, 10:00 AM at the GGAO Conference Room, M-121, Mabini Hall,
Malacanang, Manila. Only those who have bought bidding documents will be allowed
to participate in the pre-bid conference.

Deadline for the submission of the Eligibility and Bid/Tender
Documents/Forms shall be on September 16, 2009, Wednesday, 12:00 noon at
the said BAC Secretariat. The opening of bids will be held on the same day at 2:00
PM, GGAO Conference Room.

The Office reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any defect in
them and to award to the bidder whose bid is the most advantageous to the
government.
