This is a notice of intent to place an order with Pervasive Software Corporation on a sole source basis for additional software licenses for the Army Training Support Center at Fort Eustis, VA. No award will be made solely on the basis of this notice since a synopsis of intent to place an order cannot be considered a request for proposals/offers-- Responses to this notice will be used to determine whether bondafide competition exists and whether a request for quote is appropriate. No solicitation/quote documents exists and no telephone inquires will be accepted--written responses, if applicable, prices and technical data sufficient to determine capability to meet the requirement, must be received by this office within 3 calendar days after this notice -- If no affirmative responses are received within this time to determine that a comparable source more advantageous to the Government is available, an order will be placed with the above named vendor. A request for quote will not be considered an affirmative response.
