In accordance with FAR clause 6.302-1, the U.S.Army Soldier System Center, Kansas Street, Natick, Massachusetts intends to enter into noncompetitive negotiations with Johnson Controls,Inc., 39 Salem Street, Lynnfield, Massachusetts for the maintenance of the climatic chamber refrigeration system. The goverment intends to issue a firm fixed price contract for one year. Nothing herein should be misconstrued as a request for proposal. Request for proposal does not exist. This notice shall expire at noon time on 28 August 2009.
