W91GDW-09-R-0062 (formerly W91GY0-09-R-0059) EOD Training SYNOPSIS The Joint Contract Command Iraq/Afghanistan (JCC- I/A) Multi-National Security Transition Command-Iraq (MNSTC-I) Support Division (MSD) intends to solicit and award a single-award indefinite delivery / indefinite quantity (IDIQ) service contract to provide Explosive Ordinance Disposal (EOD) training to the Ministry of Interior, General Counter Explosive Directorate in Iraq. The objective of the training is to foster the growth of the necessary skills, expertise and capability to allow the MoI to assume control and independently manage all aspects of their EOD training management program. The performance period will be a 12-month base period with two 12-month option periods. The government intends on making one award to the offeror that represent the lowest price, technically acceptable (LPTA) offer. The award will be a firm-fixed price, ID/IQ contract from which task orders for individual classes will be established. Anticipated award date will be 30 September 2009.
