Garantia de participare este in suma de 5.000 lei. Ofertantul castigator va constitui garantia de buna executie in cuantum de 5% din valoarea contractului subsecvent fara TVA.

III.2.1) Personal situation of economic operators, including requirements relating to enrolment on professional or trade registers
Information and formalities for evaluating if requirements are met:
Declaratie privind eligibilitatea; Declaratie privind neincadrarea in situatii prevazute la art. 181 din OUG nr. 34/2006; Certificat constatator emis de ORC-emis cu maxim 30 zile inainte de data deschiderii ofertelor; Certificat de atestare fiscala emis de Agentia Nationala de Administrare Fiscala, valabil la data deschiderii ofertelor; certificat de atestare fiscala emis de Primaria pe raza careia ofertantul are sediul si certificat de atestare fiscala emis de Primaria Oradea, valabile la data deschiderii ofertelor, din care sa reiasa faptul ca ofertantul nu are datorii catre Bugetul Local. Daca ofertantul nu are deschis rol fiscal la Primaria Oradea acesta va depune o declaratie prin care atesta faptul ca nu are bunuri impozabile si nu desfasoara activitati generatoare de obligatii fata de bugetul local al municipiului Oradea la data depunerii ofertei.
-societatea va fi autorizata de catre A.N.C.P.I. (minim clasa a II-a), obtinut în conditiile "Regulamentului privind autorizarea persoanelor fizice si juridice care pot sa realizeze si sa verifice lucrari de specialitate în domeniile cadastrului, geodeziei si cartografiei pe teritoriul României", aprobat prin Ordinul ministrului administratiei publice nr.538/2001 completat prin Ordinul ministrului administratiei si internelor nr.687/2005, cu respectarea cerintelor specifice în Regulamentul de organizare si functionare a Ordinului Geodezilor si de exercitare a profesiei de geodez .

Bilanturile contabile pe anii: 2006, 2007 si 2008 - din care sa rezulte faptul ca societatea nu a inregistrat pierderi pe parcursul anilor mentionati si/sau declaratie de la organul de fiscalitate pentru P.F.A.
Minimum level(s) of standards possibly required
Cifra de afaceri pe anul 2008 sa fie cel putin egala cu 200.000 lei, valoare rezultata exclusiv din prestarea de servicii similare cu serviciile care fac obiectul prezentei proceduri;
III.2.3) Technical capacity
Information and formalities for evaluating if requirements are met:
ofertantul detine o minima experienta similara, concretizata prin executarea si finalizarea în ultimii 3 ani a unor lucrari similare cu o valoare totala mai mare sau egala cu 200.000 lei fara T.V.A. Aceste contracte vor fi insotite in mod obligatoriu de urmatoarele:
- copia contractului de achizitie publica;
- procesul verbal de receptie finala;
- recomandare din partea beneficiarului
- lista cu personalul specializat disponibil pentru prestarea serviciilor, si prezentarea CV-urilor pentru acestia
-informatii privind masurile de protectie a mediului pe care operatorul economic le va aplica in timpul indeplinirii prezentului contract de lucrari, masuri care sa respecte in totalitate solicitarile prevazute in documentatia de atribuire in acest sens;
- contract incheiat cu un medic de medicina muncii, valabil la data deschiderii ofertelor;
