2.5% Earnest money (refundable) of the total quoted amount in the form of Payment Order purchased from any schedule Bank "favoring "UTTARA BANK LIMITED"

Sealed quotations are invited from the bonaftde suppliers/printers for printing & supply of 4,000 DD Blocks & 4,000 Payment Order blocks each containing 100 leaves with security features as per Bangladesh Bank's guideline. Interested bidders having experience of MICR Cheque printing amounting not less than Tk. 25.00 lac in a single work order issues by an Executive not below the rank of Deputy General Manager or equivalent may apply on their letter head pads along with attested copies of requisite work completion certificate, up to date IT clearance certificate, VAT registration Certificate and up to date Trade License for purchasing the tender schedule from the office of the Deputy General Manager, Stationery- & Records Department (7th Floor) 47, Bir Uttam Shahid Asfakussamad Sarak (Old 90, Motijheel c/A), Dhaka, Bangladesh. Dhaka on any working day during office hours up to 6th September, 2009 on Payment of Tk. 1,000/- (one thousand) only (non-refundable) per set in the form of payment order in favour of Uttara Bank Limited, Head Office, Dhaka. 2.5% Earnest money (refundable) of the total quoted amount in the form of Payment Order purchased from any schedule Bank "favoring "Uttara Bank Limited" Head Office must accompany the quotation otherwise the quotation will not be entertained. Tenders shall have to be dropped on 7th September. 2009 up to 12.30 p.m. in the Tender Box kept at the said office and will be opened on the same day at 1.00 p.m. in presence of the Tenderers or their representatives, if any. The Bank authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
