Mission and Installation Contracting Command Fort Eustis intends to acquire services by contract for a New Parent Support Program. The services shall be in accordance with Army Community Service Accreditation Standards for New Parent Support Programs and Army Regulations, as well as the specifications included in the solicitation, which will be issued on or about August 21, 2009 and close on or about August 28, 2009. This acquisition will be accomplished using simplified acquisition procedures through the issuance of a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This RFQ will be posted on FedBizOpps and Army Single Face to Industry at http://acquisition.army.mil

The applicable NAICS code for this procurement is 624190, Small Business Size Standard of $6.5 million. The solicitation will be issued as a total small business set-aside. A single contract will be awarded based on the lowest-price, technically acceptable offer. Technical acceptability will be determined based on technical capability and past performance/experience. Prospective contractors and subcontractors are requested to self-register below to receive notification of any postings concerning this project. The solicitation, and any amendments, will be made available at this internet site. All responsible sources may submit an offer. All prospective offerors interested in submitting a quote must be registration in the CCR database, in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make an offeror ineligible for award. The web site for CCR registration is www.ccr.gov.
