establish a panel of external coaches to provide coaching services to
senior and middle managers. This panel will support an internal coaching
panel which is currently in existence.

II.2) QUANTITY OR SCOPE OF THE CONTRACT
II.2.1) Total quantity or scope: ESB intends to establish a panel of
external coaches from which it will provide coaching services to senior
and middle managers in the company. This panel will remain in place for 3
years with an option to extend for a further 2 years at ESB's discretion.
ESB reserves the right to revisit the market for specific assignments.
II.2.2) Options: No.
II.3) DURATION OF THE CONTRACT OR TIME LIMIT FOR COMPLETION: Duration in
months: 36 (from the award of the contract).

III.1) CONDITIONS RELATING TO THE CONTRACT

III.2) CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION
III.2.1) Personal situation of economic operators, including requirements
relating to enrolment on professional or trade registers: Information and
formalities necessary for evaluating if requirements are met: 1) Full
details of Company, size, organisation, location and manpower;
2) Details of professional accreditations held by the company in the field
of executive Coaching. See 111.2.3 (Technical capacity).

III.2.3) Technical capacity: Information and formalities necessary for
evaluating if requirements are met: 3) Applicants must demonstrate
experience in the provision of the executive coaching services outlined
including client references and contact details so that ESB can contact
reference companies directly without seeking additional approval from the
applicant. Reference details should include a brief outline of the numbers
and seniority of executives coached.
