Provide all labor, materials and equipment to perform heating and ventilation system improvements supporting the laundry and dry cleaning plant including the following: remove and dispose of existing ventilation equipment/systems including distribution features; steam supply/terminations, controls, and electrical power, etc.; removal of roof mounted exhaust fans complete including architectural treatment to close opening; install new plant-wide HVAC system including roof top units and structural support systems, supply and return air distribution system, electrical power, DDC control systems, system start-up, commissioning and balancing; removal and/or retrofitting existing lint collection system to new configuration and system requirements complete with electrical and control systems, architectural retrofits, etc.; provide new electrical service complete with transformer, service entrance and power panel in support of new mechanical equipment.
