The government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source under the authority of FAR 13.501(a) and FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii). The proposed source is Action Target Inc, Provo Utah. The purchase is for quarterly maintenance of CATM Range on Wright Patterson Air Force Base for Bullet Trap Service and Maintenance, Targetry System Service and Maintenance, and Filter Replacement on Air Hanling Equipment. Action Target is the only accredited and trained agency or contractor on their systems. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, any quotation received within five (5) business days of the issuance of this notice will be considered by the government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
