Description

The Department requires a suitable contractor to establish a suitable control group of firms equivalent to those that have accessed Enterprise Connect services; and contribute to the development of a survey form to collect data from the control group for comparison against firms that have accessed Enterprise Connect Services.

This survey will contribute important data for an evaluation of the effectiveness of Enterprise Connect services in terms of how well these services have helped firms to develop new skills, knowledge and capabilities that have in turn helped the firms to become more competitive, productive and to grow.

Conditions for ParticipationCondition for Participation:
The tenderer and any subcontractors proposed in the tender must not be named as not complying with the Equal Employment Opportunity for Women in the Workplace Act 1999 (Cth);
The tenderer and any subcontractors proposed in the tender are not insolvent, bankrupt, in liquidation, or under administration or receivership; and
The tenderer must have at least 2 years experience developing control groups and delivering online or telephone surveys.
