Achizitionarea de servicii de consiliere si de consultanta în inginerie (inclusiv elaborare de proiecte, acolo unde este cazul) pentru cazanele situate în incinta centralelor termice ale imobilelor din Bucuresti aflate în proprietatea A.S.E., ce se vor procura în urmatoarele conditii: -la cele mai avantajoase preturi (tarife); -în cele mai performante conditii de efectuare a prestatiilor de investigatii, inventariere, examinare, verificare, elaborare de proiecte (daca si unde este cazul) si de întocmire a caietului de sarcini necesar demararii procedurii aferente de achizitie de lucrari, pentru toate cazanele situate în centralele termice ale A.S.E.
