The U.S. Military Academy at West Point, NY intends to award a sole source purchase order to Simulation Solutions Inc for a Power Plant Simulation Software. The Statutory Authority for other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The applicable Sic Code is 7372 with a Size Standard of 7M. All responses from responsible sources will be considered. This notice of intent is not a request for Quotations.
