Commission Delegation to Serbia, on behalf of and for the account of the
beneficiary country, Belgrade, SERBIA.

7. Contract description: To support the Government of Serbia in
developing its administrative and technical capacities in relation to the
management of the Instrument for the Pre-Accession (IPA) under a
Decentralised Implementation System (DIS).
