The Federative Republic of Brazil, through the Ministry of Health, has received a loan from the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development # IBRD toward the cost of Second DiseaseSurveillance and Control Project #VIGISUS II, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this loanto payments under thecontract for acquisition of Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry System (01); Induced Plasma Spectrometer With Mass Detector (01); Mass Spectrometry System (LC/MS/MS) To BeCoupled To High Performance Liquid Chromatographer (HPLC) (01), and Trinocular Biological Microscope(01). 3. The UnitedNations Development Programme # UNDP , on behalf of Secretariat of Health and Surveillance - SVS, now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders to supplyAtomic Absorption Spectrophotometry System (01); Induced Plasma Spectrometer With Mass Detector (01); Mass SpectrometrySystem (LC/MS/MS) To Be Coupled To High Performance Liquid Chromatographer (HPLC) (01), and Trinocular Biological Microscope(01). 4. Bidding will be conducted through the International Competitive Bidding (ICB)procedures specified in the World Bank's Guidelines: Procurement under IBRD Loans and IDACredits, and is open to all bidders from Eligible Source Countries as defined in the Guidelines.5 5. Qualifications requirements include a list oftechnical, financial, legal and other requirement as specified in the Bidding Documents.
