INVITATION TO APPLY FOR ELIGIBILITY AND TO BID

The Philippine National Police - Special Action Force, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites all PNP accredited suppliers/manufacturers/distributors/ contractors to apply for eligibility and to bid for the hereunder project.

Name of the Project : Procurement of Six (6) units Inflatable Rubber Boat
Location : PNP-SAF, Camp, Bagong Diwa, Taguig City
Brief Description :
Approved Budget : Php 3,000,000.00
Source of Budget : SARO Nr D-08_01209 RA Nr 9401
Delivery Period : (To be indicated in the Bid)

Prospective bidders should have experience in undertaking a similar project within the last two (2) years with an amount of at least 50% of the proposed project for bidding. The Eligibility Check/Screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of the Bids shall use non-discretionary "pass/fail" criteria. Post-qualification of the lowest calculated bid shall be conducted.

All particulars relative to Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Pre-Bidding Conference, Evaluation of Bids, Post Qualification and Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of R.A. 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR)

4. Opening of Bids and Evaluation September 1, 2009 (1:00 P.M. Tuesday)
5. Post Qualification September 1, 2009 - September 8, 2009
6. Notice of Award Upon determination of the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bidder

A complete set of bid documents maybe purchased by interested PNP-accredited suppliers/bidders and upon payment of a non-refundable amount of Three Thousand pesos (Php 3,000.00) at the Logistics and Supply Division (BAC Secretariat) from August 15 - August 31, 2009 (8:00A.M.- 5:00P.M.)

The Submission of Bidding Documents will be at PNP-SAF Conference Room, Camp Bagong Diwa, Bicutan Taguig City.

The PNP-SAF assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify bidders for any expenses incurred in the preparation of the bid.
