Bids that exceed the ABC for the Item shall be rejected. Bids in excess of Php1,200.00/pax/day shall also be rejected. Bidders may submit bids before August 17, 2009 during office hours to the BAC I Chairperson through the BAC I Secretariat at the address indicated in the next paragraph.

The Bidding Documents will be available at the BAC I Secretariat, Procurement Service, Room 508, 5th Floor, Mabini Bldg., DepED Complex, Meralco Avenue, Pasig City, starting on August 10, 2009 upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Php500.00 in cash to the DepED Cashier.

Bidding shall be conducted in accordance with the procedures in R.A. 9184, and its Implementing Rules and Regulations-A, otherwise known as the Government Procurement Reform Act. Information is also available at http//www.deped.gov.ph or www.procurementservice.org or call DepED-PS at telephone nos. 636-65-43; 636-65-42 or fax no. 633-93-43.

DepED-BAC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to annul the bidding process, or declare failure of bidding at any time prior to contract award without thereby incurring any liability to the affected parties.
