The Joint Contracting Command-Iraq, Mission Support Division intends to solicit, negotiate and award a requirement for CCTV monitoring and maintenance services intended for the Multi-National Security Transition Command-Iraq (MNSTC-I), located in the International Zone (IZ) in Baghdad, Iraq.  The NAICS code is 561621.  The Small Business Size Standard is $12.5M.  The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, management and supplies needed to install and maintain contractor owned CCTV and perimeter sensor operation security system and service for FOB Union III.  The contractor shall provide 24/7 monitoring of the system ensuring the system is functioning and providing perimeter security for FOB Union III by monitoring the system.

The anticipated contract performance period will be from 1 Sep 09 through 31 Aug 10 (includes 60 day contractor mobilization and system installation period), with four (4) one year option periods, if exercised.  CCTV camera and perimeter sensor monitoring services shall be fully operation NLT 1 Nov 09.  This acquisition will be solicited as a full and open competition.  The proposed solicitation number is W91GY0-09-R-0060.  The entire solicitation will be made available on or about 14 Aug 09, via the Federal Business Opportunities web page at www.fbo.gov.  No paper copies will be issued.
