Council’s Property Registry Section is looking for solutions for the
management of the property registry records in a more efficient and
accurate manner. The proposed solution should detail how it is intended to
scan the existing paper-based system, geo-locate each property transaction
and allow for the searching and retrieval of these documents in the
context of an existing Geographical Information System (GIS).
