The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New York District, intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) to award a Firm-Fixed Priced (FFP) commercial contract for Fiscal Law Training at the US Army Corps of Engineers New York, NY. The period of performance will begin at the end of October beginning November and will be coordinated with the Resource Management Office on exact time and dates. The requirement is for participants to attend; one time training and have the option to choose one of two (2) full courses 24 hours each no less than three (3) days each, participants must attend an additional course every 2 years and have the option to choose from five (5) refresher courses 4 hours each. Training must be in strict accordance with the Headquarter USACE requirements; the contractor shall provide all training material and training certificates upon completion. Prospective quoters must quote on all the CLINS. The SOLCITATION WILL BE POSTED ON OR ABOUT 18 August 2009. This procurement is being solicited as SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. The applicable NAICS CODE is 611430, Professional and Management Development. The small business size is $7,000,000.00. The SIC Code is 8299, School and Educational Services NEC. Request for Quotes will be submitted to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Contracting Division, Room 1843, 26 Federal Plaza, New York, NY 10278. The media selected for issuance of Synopsis/Solicitation and amendments shall solely be at the discretion of the Government; accordingly, the media utilized for this project shall be the internet. In accordance with DFARS 252.204-7007, all vendors who want access to the solicitation must be registered with Central Contractor Registration (CCR), located at www.ccr.gov, and Federal Business Opportunity (FedBizOps), located at http://www.fbo.gov, in order to safeguard acquisition-related information for all Federal Agencies.
