SECTION II: OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
II.1) DESCRIPTION

Provision of a Legal Case Management System, Time Management and Court
Documents Bundling Systems.

II.1.5) Short description of the contract or purchase(s): The Council is
seeking to secure a Partner to support the implementation of a fully
integrated Legal Case Management, Time Management and Court Documents
Bundling systems.
The system must be designed to manage Legal Case Management, Time
Management and Court Documents Bundling systems, associated information
and processes efficiently with increased flexibility and also enabling
employees to be able to work from home.

II.2) QUANTITY OR SCOPE OF THE CONTRACT
II.2.1) Total quantity or scope: Wirral Borough Council - 1 site and 25
users.
Cheshire West and Chester Council – 2 sites and 45 users.
II.2.2) Options: Yes.
Description of these options: The contract will be awarded for an initial
period of 5 years with an option for an additional two renewals, each for
a further 5 years, based on performance and outcomes detailed in the
Invitation to Tender (ITT).

SECTION VI: COMPLEMENTARY INFORMATION
VI.3) ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Wirral Council seeks to establish
agreements by or on behalf of UK Public Sector Bodies. These will include
Central Government Departments and their Agencies, NHS Bodies, Local
Authorities, Police and Emergency Services. (The Public Sector Bodies may
decide to hold an electronic reverse auction on the re-opening of
competition amongst the parties to the agreement). The agreement will
initially be for (but not limited to) Knowsley, Liverpool, Sefton, St
Helens, Halton, Cheshire West and Chester Council, Cheshire East Council
and Wirral Local Authorities.
The contract will be open to other Local Authorities and Public Sector
Bodies within Merseyside, and the North West area, namely Halton Borough
Council, Liverpool City Council, Knowsley Metropolitan Borough Council,
Sefton Metropolitan Borough Council and St Helens Metropolitan Borough
Council, Cheshire West and Chester Council, Cheshire East Counci, who may
wish to join the contract if advantageous at an identified time.
The Purchasing Authority is acting on behalf of the following
organisations:
