These Frameworks are intended to provide Cornwall Council with the ability to call off construction consultancy services to enable the delivery of capital and maintenance programmes. It is intended that the Frameworks run for a period of 2 years, commencing April 2010, with an option for a 1 year extension and a subsequent option for a further one year extension. The maximum length of the framework will therefore be 4 years.
