Western Area Power Administration (WAPA), Sierra Nevada Region (SNR),locatedin Folsom, CA has a requirement to control vegetation around transmissiontowers and within transmission right-of-ways (ROW). The Government intendstoaward a Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ),Performance-based Comprehensive Integrated Vegetation Management, multipleaward s with up to three Contractors, for a base period of 12 months andthree12 month option periods. The North American Classification System (NAICS)Codefor this requirement is 561730 with a size standard of $7.0 million. ThisIDIQrequirement is anticipated to be awarded as one Full and Open and up to two small business set-a-sides. Offerors must be registered in ContractorCentralRegistration [(CCR) http://www.bpn.gov/ccr] in order to do business withthegovernment; before award can be made. If offerors are not currentlyregisteredin the Online Representations and Certification Application [(ORCA)https://orca.bpn.gov], the representations and certifications in thesolicitation must be completed and returned with the proposal. The Service Contract Act FAR 52.22-41 applies to this requirement. Employers mustcomplywith the current Department of Labor Wage Determination 1977-0727, Rev 36,dated 05/26/2009.
