Bid documents can be obtained from the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) Secretariat at the Ground Floor, Administration Building, LRTA Compound, Aurora Blvd., Pasay City, during regular office hours starting August 3-11 , 2009 upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Two Thousand Pesos (P2000.00).

For purposes of clarifying issues, a pre-bid conference will be held on August 13, 2009, Thursday, 10:00 AM at LRT Line 2 Depot, Santolan, Pasig City.

The BAC Secretariat shall receive sealed bids not later than August 27, 2009, Thursday, 9:00 A.M. and shall then be publicly opened immediately thereafter at LRT Line 2 Depot, Santolan, Pasig City .

Bids shall not be considered without the presence of the supplier/bidder or its authorized representative.

LRTA reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts thereof, without assuming any obligation whatsoever to offset expenses or losses the bidder may incur in the preparation of its bids, and will entertain only such bid/s established to be the most advantageous to the LRTA.
