The Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), on behalf of the U.S. House of Representatives, is seeking proposals from a contractor to provide "green" environmentally-friendly dry cleaning, laundering, basic alteration services, and supplies to the House community, including Members, staff, and visitors. The House will provide a storefront for the acceptance of items. The offeror will do all the dry cleaning, laundering and the majority of basic alteration services off-site. The successful contractor will have the capability and expertise to operate and manage at a high level of service, be flexible to change, implement and offer new ideas, and provide services and supplies that are environmentally friendly.
