SERVICES: MOD are looking to increase visibility of suppliers for the
goods and services denoted in this announcement and would ask that those
suppliers complete their supplier profile following the instructions
below.
Please register at www.contracts.mod.uk following which a username and
password to access the portal will be sent out. If you have previously
registered and have forgotten your Username and Password, please click on
the forgotten password link below the login box on the homepage. Once
logged into the portal, suppliers should complete and then submit their
company (supplier) profile on the MoD DCB Supplier Information Database,
ensuring it is published and therefore visible to MoD buyers. In order to
assist the MoD identify suppliers within appropriate categories, we would
ask that once you have published your profile that you then add it to the
appropriate group using the category response number 15123-392.

MoD DCB Supplier Information Database (SID) on the Ministry of Defence
Contracts Portal www.contracts.mod.uk Ministry of Defence personnel may
use the MoD DCB Supplier Information Database to identify current and
potential suppliers, service providers and contactors for all values of
procurement. The UK MoD DCB Portal acts as an important procurement tool
to suppliers for competitive bidding. Its database of active and potential
suppliers is available to all MoD and UK Defence procurement personnel,
and is the main supplier database of MoD Procurement organisations. This
notice asks for suppliers who can provide the services outlined in this
contract to attach their SID profile to the corresponding list number,
outlined in this notice, so the MoD personnell may consider them for
future tenders. This notice, however, does not commit to the purchase of
such requirements. The MoD DCB Supplier Information Database does not
represent a list of approved or vetted suppliers. Suppliers wishing to
compete for advertised MoD contracts must respond to any specific call for
competition which will be advertised (in line with MoD policy) on
www.contracts.mod.uk by submitting a separate expression of interest in
accordance with the instructions of the purchasing organisation.

Contracts Bulletin. The award of any subsequent contract arising from such
