Note: Architectural / Engineering / Consulting Firms for Internal and external Decoration Work of Uttara Bank Limited, Konabari Branch at Noor Mansion 1 Floor, Dhaka,
cash payment Tk. 1000/-,


Intending Tender having prerequisite qualification and experience may apply on their letter head pad along with the attested copies of requisite work completion certificate, up to date IT clearance certificate, VAT registration certificate and academic certificate of the Architects under their regular services for purchasing tender document from the office of the undersigned on cash payment Tk. 1000/-, per set on before 17/8/9 during officer hours.
Firms having no working experience for the same nature of internal decoration work valued not less than 18.00 lac in a single work order in any govt./semi-govt. organization or corporation or automats body or bank or in any organization of same nature within the last 3 years and not having at least 1 Grduate Architect with minimum 2 years practical experience or at least one Diploma Architect with minimum 5 years practical experience in their regular series need not submit any application.
The Bank will supply necessary plan and drawings for the work. The successful tender will have to prepare detailed working drawings and will having to make necessary changes alternations in plan as per practical requirement in consultation with the bank Management.
Tender will received up to 1.30 pm on 18/8/9 in the tender box placed at office of the undersigned.
Tender will be opened on the same day at 2.00 pm in presence of the tender or their representatives, if any other details will be available in the tender document. The uttara bank limited reserves the right not be accept the lowest tender and to reject any tender or part thereof or all tender without assigning any reason whatsoever.
