Western Area Power Administration (WAPA), Sierra Nevada Region (SNR),locatedin Folsom, CA has a requirement for Information Technology & EngineeringSupport Services. The Government intends to award a Performance-based Firm Fixed Price Contract with a 12 month base year and four (4) option years.Thisrequirement to be solicited as an 8(a) Competitive Set-Aside, commercialservice and IAW FAR Part 13. The NAICS code is 541512 with a size standardof$25.0 million. Offerors must be registered in Central ContractorsRegistration[(CCR) http://www.bpn.gov/ccr]. If offerors are not registered and activeinthe Online Representations and Certifications Application, [(ORCA)https://orca.bpn.gov], the representations and certifications in thesolicitation must be completed and submitted with the proposal. TheServiceContract Act, FAR 52.222-41 applies. Employers must comply with theDepartmentof Labor Wage Determination 2005-2055 Rev 10 dated 05/26/2009 or mostcurrentrevision at time of award.
