No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation either before or after the closing date. Project will repair existing barbed wire gates in fences that cross the Malmstrom utility easement. Both repair and replacement of gates will be included. The location of the gates are located throughout the Malmstrom Missile Complex. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals necessary and required for completion of the scope of this project in accordance with the specifications and drawings. The contractract is anticipated to be a base year with four (4) - one (1) year options. The Performance Period and Notice to Proceed will be issued with each delivery order. The NAICS code for this project is 238990 and the anticipated magnitude for the aggregate value of this project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. This Request For Proposal will be available on or about 17 Aug 2009. The Request For Proposal will be available by electronic transmission only at: http://www.fbo.gov. Winter exclusion period will take effect from 1 November through 1 Apr. This acquisition is open to both large and small business under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program.
