appoint a panel of agencies specialising in Qualitative & Quantitative
Market Research to conduct market research as determined by the business
needs over the period of the agreement. Contract duration will be 3 years
with an option to extend for a further 2 years by mutual agreement. The
initial users of he panel will be ESB Customer Supply and ESB Energy
Services.

residential and business customers' behaviour, perceptions, attitudes and
their relationship with ESB Customer Supply through a range of projects or
assignments in the following typical areas:
1. provide an understanding of which aspects of service are important to
customers;
2. research and develop a clearer understanding of the appropriate style
and tone of customer communications.
