Supporting People is seeking suitably experienced service providers to
deliver a range of floating support services throughout the Borough. These
developments follow the reconfiguration of the current range of floating
support services available on the Wirral.
We are seeking suitably experienced and qualified organisations to work in
partnership with Wirral Council and stakeholders in the provision of the
following housing support services:
— Generic Floating Support Service (including resettlement support),
— Offenders Floating Support Service,
— Substance mis-use Floating Support Service,
— Floating Support Service for People with Mental Health Problems.

LOT NO 1
TITLE: Generic Floating Support Service (including resettlement support)
1) SHORT DESCRIPTION: To provide a generic support service(IE non client
group specific) including the provision of a resettlement service to
assist people to move in to their own home from temporary and supported
housing services. Clients accessing this service will have a wide range of
presenting issues relating to social exclusion.
2) COMMON PROCUREMENT VOCABULARY (CPV): 85312400.
3) QUANTITY OR SCOPE: Minimum number of clients expected to be supported
under this contract equals 125.
LOT NO 2
TITLE: Offenders Floating Support Service
1) SHORT DESCRIPTION: To provide a floating support service to offenders
or people at risk of offending including Schedule 1 offenders, priority
and prolific offenders and mentally disordered offenders.
2) COMMON PROCUREMENT VOCABULARY (CPV): 85312400.
3) QUANTITY OR SCOPE: Minimum number of clients expected to be supported
under this contract equals 40.
LOT NO 4
TITLE: Floating Support Service for People with Mental Health Problems
1) SHORT DESCRIPTION: To provide a floating support for people with
Mental Health Problems.

3) QUANTITY OR SCOPE: Minimum number of clients expected to be supported
under this contract equals 60.

TITLE: Substance mis-use Floating Support Service
1) SHORT DESCRIPTION: To provide a floating service to people with drug
and/or alcohol problems.

3) QUANTITY OR SCOPE: Minimum number of clients expected to be supported
under this contract equals 60.

interest for a complete package of the 4 lots or individual lots,

All lots will be 3 year contracts, the conditions of contract are listed
in section 1; Terms and Conditions.
