newbuild housing units for Cunninghame Housing Association on an existing
post-demolition brownfield site.
The housing mix will entail a combination of cottage flats, semi detached,
terraced and wheelchair dwellings with off-road parking serviced by an
access road with provisions for visitor parking.
Estimated cost of works excluding VAT: 3 600 000 GBP.
