The Office of Inspector General (OIG) of the United States House of Representatives (House) desires to contract with an independent auditing firm for assistance in auditing the effectiveness of the Office of the Clerk's (Clerk) Legislative Information Management System (LIMS). This audit will include a review of general business processes, interfaces, and data management controls. The winning bidder will propose a team who has prior experience in evaluating an ADABAS database.
