LEASE SPACE TO THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT REQUIREMENT: The Federal Government is seeking to lease approximately 130,000 rentable square feet of warehouse and related space in the Chesterfield, Prince George, Colonial Heights, Virginia area. The space shall yield a minimum of 130,000 rentable square feet of warehouse and related space. The lease term shall be ten (10) years; five (5) years firm. The Government shall have termination rights on or after the fifth full year of occupancy upon ninety (90) days written notice to the Lessor. The Government shall evaluate extensively the existing leased building inventory to determine the best value for the Government. LOCATION: The delineated area is as follows: I-95 to I-64 to I-295 to Rt. 460 to Rt. 58 to I-85 to Rt. 460 to Rt. 360 back to I-95. The Government reserves the right to amend the delineated area and the terms of the Lease. OCCUPANCY: Space should be ready for occupancy no later than May 2010. Expressions of interest shall be submitted by July 15, 2009 and include the following: 1. Building name and address, parking information and associated literature with AutoCad 1/8� scaled floor plans. 2. Rentable square feet and rentable rate per square foot. 3. Method of measurement used to determine rentable square feet and ANSI/BOMA usable rate per square foot.
