This Invitation forBids follows the General Procurement Notice for this Project that appeared in Development Business, issue no.656 of June 16, 2005. 2. The SocialistRepublic of Vietnam has received a credit from the International Development Association toward the cost of Vietnam Road SafetyProject, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this credit to payments under the Contract for the supply of Medical emergency treatment equipments for provincesand central hospitals in 3 demonstration corridors. 3. Qualifications requirementsare: - The bidders must have positivenet profit over last 3 years and the audited average annualturnover for last 3 years (2006-2008) is not less than US$ 1.000.000. - Working capital and any creditlines is not less than 0.5 millions USD. - The bidder have at least 3 years experienced in supplying similar products and haveimplemented at least 3 contracts during last 3 years. A complete set ofbidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written Application to the addressspecified in paragraph 9 and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of VND 1,000,000 or USD 60.
