The Light Rail Transit Authority (LRTA) invites interested suppliers to apply for eligibility and to bid for:

Bid documents can be obtained from the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) Secretariat at the Ground Floor, Administration Building, LRTA Compound, Aurora Blvd., Pasay City, starting July 13-21 , 2009 during regular office hours from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Four Hundred Pesos (P400.00).

The BAC Secretariat shall receive sealed bids not later than July 23, 2009, Thursday, 9:00 A.M. and shall then be publicly opened immediately thereafter at LRT Line 2 Depot, Santolan, Pasig City .

Bids shall not be considered without the presence of the supplier/bidder or its authorized representative.

LRTA reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts thereof, without assuming any obligation whatsoever to offset expenses or losses the bidder may incur in the preparation of its bids, and will entertain only such bid/s established to be the most advantageous to the LRTA.
