Individual supply framework contract forecast
1. Publication reference: EuropeAid/128789/D/SUP/KOS.

3. Programme: Council Joint Action 2008/124/CFSP of 4.2.2008 on the
European Union Rule of Law Mission in Kosovo, (hereafter 'EULEX Kosovo').
4. Financing: Budget article 19 03 03.
Contract No CFSP/2008/16/EULEX Kosovo — De Kermabon.
5. Contracting authority: The Head of EULEX Kosovo, Pristina, KOSOVO.
6. Contract description: Framework contract for the supply of various
security equipment to upgrade EULEX's facilities (the framework contract
will include a service component such as the installation of some of the
equipment).
7. Indicative number and titles of lots: The tender will consist of lots
that will be specified at a later stage.
8. Intended timing of publication of the procurement notice: September
2009.
