AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT PROJECT The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 8 office in Portland, Oregon has a requirement for a contractor to provide all supplies, materials, equipment and labor to complete the construction and installation of approximately 12.50 miles of fence, install 11 gates, 3 cattle guards, and 7 L-shaped walkthrough areas. All work to be performed shall be at the Pahranagat National Wildlife Refuge in Alamo, Nevada-Lincoln County. Project magnitude is between $100,000 and $250,000. This will be a "best value" source selection (evaluation) process in accordance with FAR Subpart 15.101. The criteria that must be met shall be stated in the solicitation. Solicitation no. 80181RR302 to include all attachments will be made available by July 22, 2009 (approximate) and will only be available electronically through a link to the National Business Center Interior Electronic Acquisition System-Electronic Commerce at www.fedbizopps.gov or www.nbc.gov . The solicitation response date (which has not currently been determined) will be at 3:00 PM (PDT). No further notice will be posted on FedBizOpps. For assistance in downloading information from the National Business Center, please contact their helpdesk at (703) 390-6707. Interested contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration www.ccr.gov (CCR) and complete Online Representations and Certifications (ORCA) www.bpn.gov . Estimated Period of Performance is 180 calendar days from issuance of notice to proceed for completion date of project.
