Individual service contract forecast
1. Publication reference: EuropeAid/128773/D/SER/KOS.
2. Procedure: Restricted.
3. Programme: Council Joint Action 2008/124/CFSP of 4.2.2008 on the
European Union Rule of Law Mission in Kosovo, (hereafter 'EULEX Kosovo').
4. Financing: Budget Article 19 03 03.
Contract No CFSP/2008/16/EULEX Kosovo — De Kermabon.
5. Contracting authority: The Head of EULEX Kosovo, Pristina, KOSOVO.
6. Nature of contract: Global price.
7. Contract description: The objective of the project is to establish a
contract with a single provider catering for approximately 2 000 cellular
phones to be used by EULEX staff for phone calls in and outside Kosovo.
8. Indicative budget: 500 000 EUR (yearly).
9. Intended timing of publication of the procurement notice: August 2009.
