3. Programme: Instrument of financial support to encourage the economic
development of the Turkish Cypriot community.

5. Contracting authority: The European Community, represented by the
European Commission, Brussels, BELGIUM, in order to support the economic
development of the Turkish Cypriot community, in accordance with Council
Regulation (EC) No 389/2006 (OJ (2006) L 65/5).
6. Contract description: Supply and commissioning of a customer care
system: software to be integrated into the existing customer data system
of the electrical utility company. Supply of ancillary hardware.
