Under the authority of FAR Subpart 13-5, Test Program for Commercial Items, the General Services Administration, Public Buildings Service (GSA/PBS) intends to make a sole source award to Reis Services, LLC, New York. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. GSA/PBS is seeking a license agreement for a subscription to the Reis Subscriber Edition and Customzed Report, for one base year and four one-year option periods. This license agreement will allow nine (9) GSA/PBS employees to access REIS' Market Data for the purpose of obtaining performance measures for the assessment and forecast of real market information. Specifically tenant imporvement information for lease cost to market and building operations. The proposed contract is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source. The NAICS Code is 531390. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. The govenrment will consider all responses receied by 12:30pm est, Friday, July 24, 2009. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
