- recomandarea beneficiarului pentru contractul prezentat, recomandare care trebuie sa precizeze cel putin modul de indeplinire a obligatiilor contractuale pe parcursul derularii contractului respectiv;

Deoarece produselor ce urmeaza a se achizitiona se vor plati in rate egale se impun urmatoarele Criterii privind conditiile de plata: - Pentru a fi declarat calificat, ofertantul trebuie sa accepte urmatoarele conditii: * prima plata a produselor ce se achizitioneaza efectuata de catre achizitor sa fie in procent de maxim 45% din valoarea totala a ofertei adjudecate; * dobanda maxima acceptata de catre beneficiar este mai mica sau egala cu 8%/an; * esalonarea de plata a ratelor egale efectuate de catre achizitor sa se faca pe o perioada de minim 3 ani de la data semnarii contractului de furnizare.
