Scope of work The works comprise of a Pre-Contract Professional Consultancy & Quantity Surveying Services for the Construction of a Temporary Storage Yard for Specific Commodities with the requirements as outlined below:.
1. Open space for Empty Containers with interlock paving.
2. Open space for Full Containers with interlock paving.
3. Safety Fence around the boundary (Chain Link) with Security Camera and necessary control equipments.
4. Provision of one (1) no. Maintenance Shed Steel Structure (10.00m. X 20.00m.) with office, store & toilet all to include necessary services works.
5. Existing Sub-station and Electrical Room need to be maintain, which require necessary maintenance.
6. Complete Lighting and Drainage System for the whole development area require.
7. Electronic Main Entrance and Pedestrian Gates are required.
8. Two (2) nos. of Guard rooms (4.00m. X 4.00m.) using light gauge steel structure system from approved manufacturer with toilet and bath all to include all necessary services works.
9. Two (2) nos. of Public toilets, comprise of five (5) nos. water closets, five (5) nos. showers and five (5) nos. washbasins using light gauge steel structure system from approved manufacturer all to include necessary services works and to be distributed to Engineer/Client approval.
10. Provision of approved paving (inside roads) with approved width all as shown in the attached sketch..
11. An Entry and Exit roads (two ways), that will link to the main road from the main entrance of the new facilities (40.00m. wide with island in the center).
12. Provision of a Single Storey Temporary Steel Structure (Kirby system or equal and approved) Office building with a total area of 600.00 sq.m., with the requirements as follow:
a. Main Hall.
b. Reception/Information.
c. Open offices with low partitions only, twelve (12) nos. of offices.
d. Male & Female toilets.
e. Kitchen.
f. Electrical room.
g. Praying room.
h. Cafeteria.
i. A/C System shall be split type.
j. All to include all necessary services works to the approval of the Engineer for the purpose of the building.
13. Provision of one (1) no. Warehouse Steel Structure (30.00m. X 50.00m.) with one (1) no. Storekeeper office is required. Full ventilation as well as necessary services works for the purpose of the project.
14. Provision of one (1) no. Warehouse Steel Structure (20.00m. X 40.00m.) with one (1) no. Storekeeper office is required. Full ventilation as well as necessary services works for the purpose of the project.
15. Provision of one (1) no. Inspection Platform Steel Structure (20.00m. X 40.00m.) all to include necessary services works.
16. Provision of one (1) no. Workshop Steel Structure (20.00m. X 40.00m.) all to include necessary services works.
17. Provision of one (1) no. Praying Room using light gauge steel structure system from approved manufacturer (12.00m. X 12.00m), all to include necessary services works.
18. Demolition of existing Public Housing and Parking need to be added in the scope of works.
