Scaled Tenders on B-l / B-II form for the works mentioned below are hereby invited from the interested persons / Firms / Pre-qualified Government Contractors, of Highway Department, Works & Services Government of Sindh and registered with Pakistan Engineering Council for the year 2009.
The tender documents will be available at the office of the undersigned from the dale of publishing of NIT till upto 06-07-2009 and will receive back upto 2.00 P.M 07-07-2009. The tenders will open on the same day at 3.00 P.M by chairman and Executive District Officer (Works & Services) Department Mirpurkhas other committee member in the presence of intending contractor or their authorized agents.. Incase of the tenders remained un-responded the same will be again issued and open as under
Terms And Conditions: 2% Earnest Money in the shape of Bank Draft, Call Deposit, of Any reputed Bank of Pakistan should be attached with bid in a sealed envelop at the time of submission of bids. Conditional Tenders and tenders without accompanying of earnest money shall not be considered.
The Tenders will be opened on the next working day if the chairman / undersigned is out of Headquarters. The procuring agency may reject all bids or proposals subject to the relevant provision of PPRA Rom
