Sealed quotations are invited from the bonafide and experienced security printing firms for Printing and Supply of SB & CA Cheque Books to be Printed on our Imported Security Cheque Papers. Interested bidders may collect the tender schedule from the office of the Deputy General Manager, Uttara Bank Limited, Stationery & Records Department (7th floor), Head Office at 47, Bir Uttam Shahid Asfaqus Samad Sarak (old 90, Motijheel Commercial Area). Dhaka, Bangladesh on any working day during office hours up to 08.07.2009 on Payment of Tk. 2.000/- (two thousand) only (non-refundable) per set in the form of Payment Order purchased from any Scheduled Bank favoring "UTTARA BANK LIMITED". Original copies of work orders, up to date trade license. IT and VAT registration certificates are to be shown at the time of purchasing Tender Schedule which will be returned back after necessary observation and attested copies of said documents are to be enclosed with the quotation and 5% Earnest Money (refundable) of the total quoted amount in the form of Payment Order purchased from any Scheduled Bank favoring "UTTARA BANK LIMITED" Head Office must accompany the quotation, otherwise the quotation will not be entertained. The security printing firms who have not successfully done the security Cheque printing works minimum for Tk. 10.00,000.00 in a single work order within the period of last 03 (three) years need not to participate in the tender.
Tenders shall have to be dropped on 09.07.2009 up to 2.00 p.m. in the Tender Box kept at the said office and will be opened on the same day at 3.00 p.m. in presence of the Tenderers or their representatives, if any. The Uttara Bank Limited reserves the right not to accept the lowest Tender and to reject any Tender or part thereof or all Tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever.
