NAICS Code: 924 The United States Environmental Protection Agency, Region 9 75 Hawthorne Street, San Francisco, CA 94105 intends to award a sole source purchase order under FAR Part 13 (Simplified Acquisition Procedures, estimated value of award below $100,000) to Plumas CountyEnvironmental Health, 270 County Hospital Road, #127, Quincy, CA 95971.This requirement is for purchase of services to compile a list of commercial. private and government sites throughout the Plumas County Environmental Health jurisdiction, and then based on existing records and/or new inspections, document the manner in which storm water, wastewater and other fluids are managed at the site, in particular whether or not they infiltrate below ground surface through devices subject to the Underground Injection Control regulations, and summarize findings to the EPA Project Officer. Services are to be provided over a one year period of performance.Estimated to begin on August 1, 2009. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION AND NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE.
