2. Echipamente si birotica pentru suportul logistic al procesului de management de proiect.
3. Servicii de implementare si suport a solutiei de management de proiect si servicii de instruire.

Information and formalities for evaluating if requirements are met:
1. Certificat constatator eliberat de Ministerul Justitiei - Oficiul Registrului Comertului sau echivalent din care sa rezulte numele complet, sediul, persoanele autorizate/administratori;
2. Adresa de la Instanta Competenta / Curtea Districtuala / Agentie Guvernamentala unde îsi are sediul compania / sucursala sau echivalent din care sa rezulte ca operatorul economic nu este în insolventa/faliment/aranjament cu creditorii;
3. Certificat de atestare fiscala eliberat de organul de administrare fiscala al unitatii administrativ teritoriale de pe raza careia societatea îsi are sediul social privind plata obligatiilor la bugetul de stat sau echivalent. Certificatul trebuie sa fie valabil la data deschiderii ofertelor.
4. Certificat privind plata impozitelor si taxelor locale, valabil la data deschiderii ofertelor.
5. Certificat pentru plata CAS (pentru statele în care autoritatile fiscale nu colecteaza si CAS) valabil la data deschiderii ofertelor.
6. Cazier judiciar pentru administrator(i) asa cum sunt mentionati în Certificatul Constatator precum si pentru persoana împuternicita (unde este cazul) ce semneaza declaratia referitoare la art.180 si art.181, respectiv Declaratie privind eligibilitatea
7. Cazier judiciar al companiei (pentru statele unde e aplicabil).
Se pot prezenta si orice alte acte doveditoare (certificate) echivalente în conditiile art.182 din OUG nr.34/2006 modificata si completata.

1. Ofertantul (operator economic sau membrii asocierii de operatori economici împreuna) trebuie sa demonstreze experienta prin intermediul a maxim 3 contracte din domeniul furnizarii de sisteme informatice - finalizate în ultimii 3 ani împliniti la data termenului limita pentru depunerea ofertei - valoarea cumulata a acestor proiecte fiind de minimum 175.000 euro, aceasta reprezentand participarea ofertantului. 2. Ofertantul trebuie sa prezinte informatii referitoare la modul de organizare si personal, astfel: Ofertantul (operator economic sau membrii asocierii de operatori economici impreuna) sa dispuna de cel putin 5 (cinci) persoane care sa lucreze (personal tehnic de specialitate) în domeniul IT&C, de care poate dispune la implementare pe toata perioada de derulare a contractului. 3. Operatorul economic (sau fiecare dintre membrii asocierii de operatori economici) sa dovedeasca faptul ca este certificat in conformitate cu Standardul de asigurarea calitatii - ISO 9001, în domeniul IT, sau echivalent.
