II.1.4) Short description of the contract or purchase(s): The scope of
any framework agreement resulting from the ITT is quantity surveying and
cost consultancy services to achieve the aims and objectives of the SPS.
The quantity surveying services may be undertaken on two-stage design and
build, single-stage design and build or traditional works contracts. This
procurement exercise is intended to result in the following:
— 1 or 3 or more framework agreements for quantity surveying services,
— A contract under a framework agreement for quantity surveying services
at HMP Glenochil,
— A contract under a framework agreement for quantity surveying services
at HMP Shotts,
— A contract under a framework agreement for quantity surveying services
at HMP Bishopbriggs.
(Note that where only one framework is awarded, all three contracts may be
awarded to the Framework Agreement Supplier.).
