Liverpool City Council is considering options for the procurement of a "Local Education Partnership" ("LEP") for their Wave 6 Building Schools for the Future Programme. The current range of services is envisaged to include building works (including rebuilding, remodelling, refurbishments and minor works internally and externally to up to twenty five educational facilities across the city), the provision of managed ICT services, and a range of Facilities Management services. Liverpool City Council wishes to discuss with potential partners the options for development of this approach across areas of design, construction works, project management, ICT and Facilities Management services which are planned to commence services on site in phases starting no earlier than third-quarter of 2011. We are interested in receiving responses from established consortia that possess substantial financial and technical capacity and the ability to execute BSF programmes. This PIN has been issued by the Authority for the purpose of seeking views from any organisations or potential partners that wish to take part in a market commmuications event in relation to the proposals described above on the 3.7.2009.
