THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. THERE WILL NOT BE A SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. The Office of the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) of the U.S. House of Representatives (House) is seeking a provider with the demonstrated capabilities to provide the services of a dry cleaner store front consisting of a "green," environmentally-friendly, service and environmentally-friendly supplies. The House will not consider providers who employ processes that include the use of Perchloroethylene and hydrocarbon solvents in the dry cleaning process. The store front will serve as a drop-off and pick-up point for the House community and the provider must outfit (i.e. shelving, counters, registers, racks, etc.) the store front. Dry cleaning services must be done off-site at the provider's facility. Interested contractors are invited to identify their interest and capability by submitting a brief capabilities statement package electronically via e-mail to Christine.stewart@mail.house.gov with a copy to Lawrence.toperoff@mail.house.gov. Responses may be sent in at any time before the closing date of Monday, July 20, 2009, 2:00 p.m. EST.
